Each crystal offered by Resin8 Crystals is a natural formation created by the Earth. Variations in colour, shape, inclusions and surface markings are part of the natural beauty of crystals and should be expected.
We do our best to photograph and describe each piece accurately so you know exactly what you are purchasing.
Pricing:
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Prices may change without notice. However, once an order has been placed and paid for, the price paid at checkout will always be honoured.
Orders:
After placing an order you will receive a confirmation email.
Resin8 Crystals reserves the right to cancel or refund an order if:
• An item becomes unavailable
• A pricing error occurs
• Fraudulent activity is suspected
If this occurs, you will be contacted and issued a full refund.
Intellectual Property:
All images, writing, branding and content on this website belong to Resin8 Crystals unless otherwise stated.
Please do not copy, reproduce or distribute any content without permission.
Shipping Policy:
Resin8 Crystals ships from Victoria, Australia.

Processing Time:
Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 2 to 4 business days.
During busy periods processing may take slightly longer. Tracking information will be provided once your parcel has been shipped.
Shipping Method:
Orders are sent via Australia Post and include tracking.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and Australia Post processing times.

Responsibility for Delivery:
Once a parcel has been lodged with Australia Post, delivery and handling become the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
If delays occur, we will always do our best to assist you in following up with Australia Post.

Returns and Refunds:
Under Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a refund, replacement or repair if an item:
• Arrives damaged
• Is faulty
• Is significantly different from the description

Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of:

• The packaging
• The damage

Change of Mind:
Because crystals are unique and intuitive items, change of mind returns are not generally accepted.
However, if you have concerns about your purchase, please reach out and we will always do our best to find a fair solution.

Layby:
Layby may be available on selected pieces.
If you would like to organise a layby, please contact us directly via email to arrange a payment plan.
We are happy to work with you to secure a piece that resonates with you while allowing flexibility with payments.
Layby terms will be confirmed individually when the arrangement is made.

Lost or Damaged Parcels:
Every order is packed carefully to ensure your crystals arrive safely.
Once a parcel has been handed to Australia Post, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in lodging an enquiry with Australia Post.
